Virginia Pole Base was founded by Ben in 2005 with a mission to bring professional, reliable pole base installation services to electrical contractors and utilities. Twenty years later — and with more than 10,000 bases in the ground — that mission hasn't changed.

Ben brings 30+ years of hands-on experience to every job. His career in the pole base business began under the mentorship of Joe at Carolina Base Installers in Charlotte, NC. From that early experience, Ben learned the importance of precision, reliability, and maintaining pristine job sites. Those lessons became the core values of Virginia Pole Base.

As a Licensed Class A Commercial & Residential Contractor — fully insured — Ben understands what it takes to serve contractors at every level, from boutique electrical shops to large regional firms.
